River Date: 2/26/2000...the new millenium
After morning drives through storms and morning runs on Crooked Creek, Little Mo, Saline Creek, Baker, etc., 20 or so boaters showed up for an afternoon run on Harris Creek, probably equalling the number of boaters on the creek last decade. The level was great and the class three rapids were numerous.
It was a totally awesome day, even though I faceslammed a rock on Saline and cracked my boat on Harris. I love paddling don't you?
